CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION - CHS CARD AND SECURITY CODE
Every CHS SA GENEVE Certificate of Registration is issued with a CHS card showing the following information:
- Security code (a personal identification code required for the transfer of a Certificate of Registration.)
- certificate number
- date of issue
- date of expiry
- name and address of the person or company, that has applied for the Certificate of Registration. With regard to customer privacy, there are three options as to what is written on the card:
- Private or Company (name and address)
- Private or Company (name only)

Important: Please note that the CHS card and Security code form an integral part of the Certificate of Registration and one must accompany the other to be valid.
CERTIFICATE TRANSFER
If the customer decides to sell or transfer the watch to another person, the registered name in the database for that watch can be changed using the Security code. It is the responsibility of the new customer to request that the details on file in the International Archives of CHS SA GENEVE be changed and a new certificate issued. Upon receiving this request, CHS SA GENEVE will notify the previous certificate-holder by email and if, after 15 days, no objection is made to this request, the transfer will take place automatically.
